To mark its 25th anniversary, we are applying this principle consistently to our cuisine for the first time.
Since opening on March 12, 2001, on Chausseestraße in Berlin-Mitte, we have developed a culinary signature characterized by curiosity, attitude, and continuous development. Many dishes from this period have become fixtures—memories of moments, places, seasons, and ways of thinking.
Rutz Remastered is not a retrospective or nostalgia.
It is a conscious reimagining of what has shaped us over decades—precise, condensed, and informed by today's experience.
