Rutz feat. Sekthaus Raumland

A winery that focuses on just one thing—and masters it like no other. Volker Raumland has elevated German sparkling wine to heights few would have imagined, leaving everything else behind: no still wine, only bottle fermentation, only patience. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Meunier—harvested by hand, whole clusters pressed, then aged on the lees for years; for the grand cuvées, over a decade.

Today, the second generation carries on the legacy—as Germany’s first pure sparkling wine estate in the VDP. This evening, Raumland comes to Rutz with sparkling wines that have waited long enough.
