Viki Geunes, head chef and soul of the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Zilte in Antwerp, does not stage experiences—he moves people. A self-taught chef shaped by family, memory, and deep respect for product and origin, he cooks not for effect, but for meaning. Zilte defines itself as a Maison because everything here comes from a single source: family, team, and idea form one unity—independent, free, and uncompromisingly guided by its own inner compass.
On March 8, 2026, this signature meets Marco Müller and our own philosophy at Rutz Restaurant. Two three-Michelin-star establishments that understand pleasure as a cultural expression and place dialogue—about origin, responsibility, and taste—at the very center.
The jointly created six-course menu is conceived as a conversation—between sea and terroir, precision and emotion, memory and the present. Accompanied by a carefully curated wine pairing, the evening unfolds as an experience that needs no explanation, but simply resonates.
