With the anniversary menu “25 Years of Inspirations,” Marco Müller and his team are reissuing defining dishes from 25 years of Rutz history—not as a repetition, but as a remaster.

Until April 03, 2026, we will present a menu of 11 inspirations. Each course represents an idea, a moment, or a development and shows how taste, technique, and attitude have been refined over the years—at the level of the three Michelin stars that the Rutz has been awarded since 2020.

The menu is deliberately conceived as an album:
each inspiration is a track.

As has always been characteristic of the Rutz DNA, head sommelier Sebastian Höpfner ccompanies the menu with equally distinctive wine pairings beyond the mainstream or innovative, perfectly matched non-alcoholic pairing options. Of course, the extensive wine list is also available for individual selection.
