A day has 24 hours, Christmas Eve falls on December 24th, 24 is the atomic number of chromium, and in mythology, it symbolizes completeness.<\/p>\n<p>With so many great reasons to celebrate, we are honoring Rutz\u2019s 24th birthday with a spectacular birthday menu\u2014one year before reaching a full quarter-century.<\/p>\n<p>Starting from February 17, 2025, we will be offering the Rutz Birthday Menu. For a full 24 days, we present <strong>eleven inspirations<\/strong> from our three-star kitchen. Since the wonderfully divisible number 24 had to be multiplied in this case, the price for this exclusive experience is \u20ac240 per person, excluding beverages. A unique opportunity with a limited number of seats available each day\u2014so booking quickly is highly recommended!<\/p>\n<p>Two courses will certainly add a chromium shine to this experience. As if Christmas came early, the usually optional caviar course\u2014\u201cRutz &amp; Imperial Caviar Berlin\u201d\u2014is included in this menu. Another highlight is our signature dish, \u201cOur Signature Pure\u201d, featuring North Sea squid &amp; pork cheek with wild quince, showcasing how extraordinary flavors emerge from exceptional ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>To complement the experience, our new sommelier, Sebastian H\u00f6pfner, offers a perfectly paired wine or non-alcoholic beverage pairing.
